Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. Just log in to your Cledara account, go to Settings and visit the Billing section to cancel. There are no hidden fees, no questions asked, and no gotchas.

Is it easy to change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch from monthly to annual billing at any time.

How do you bill?

Our billing is monthly or annual, whichever you prefer.

What are the savings on an annual plan?

By going annual, you get two months free, the equivalent of 16%. To know exactly how much you can save, contact us to find out.

How much does Cledara Agent cost?

Cledara Agent is priced per job and works with any plan. Invoice Collection is £200 a month and User Management is £200 a month. The price is the same whether you pay monthly or yearly (£2,400 a year for each job).

Which plans can I add Cledara Agent to?

Any plan: Basic, Premium or Pro. You can add Invoice Collection, User Management or both. User Management doesn't need the IT Management module.

What does Cledara Agent do?

It signs in to the SaaS and AI tools you connect and does the admin: it collects the invoices nobody emails you, sets up new joiners, removes leavers and takes back paid seats nobody uses.
