For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Cledara Limited. The "Prize" refers to *A Cambridge United adult shirt and 3 hospitality tickets to a home game.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 18:00 on 06 April 2024. Two (2) winners in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
The Promoters competitions, with entry via their website, is open to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). Two (2) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
Each entrant shall enter the competition via cledara.com/cambridge by completing the entry form.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value, where the assessment of the value of the Prize is at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name, company, image and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such amendments are necessary to comply with applicable laws, to correct errors or ambiguities, or to ensure the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Competition website, or upon Participants being notified of the amendments by email or post, whichever occurs first.
By continuing to participate in the Competition after the Terms and Conditions have been amended, Participants are deemed to have accepted the amendments.
The Promoter will collect and process the Personal Data of Participants in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
The Personal Data collected may include name, address, email address, and other relevant information necessary for the conduct of the Competition. This data will be collected directly from the Participants when they enter the Competition and, where necessary, other public sources.
The Promoter will use the collected Personal Data for the purpose of administering the Competition, notifying the Winners, future marketing and promotional activities and for any other purposes that the Participants have expressly consented to.
The Promoter may share the Personal Data with third parties who are assisting with the conduct of the Competition, including but not limited to prize suppliers and delivery services. All such third parties will be required to adhere to the same data protection standards as the Promoter.
