Terms & Conditions for the Post-Funding Survey Raffle

1. Organizer
This raffle (the "Raffle") is organized by Cledara ("Organizer"), located at 21-31 Great Eastern St, London EC2A 3NT, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

• The Raffle is open to individuals who have completed the Post-Funding Survey in full by the deadline stated below.
• Only one entry per person and per company is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person or company will be disqualified.
• Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The survey and Raffle entry period begins on March 4, 2025, at 12:00 AM GMT, and ends on April 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for the Raffle.

4. Prize

• One (1) participant will be randomly selected to receive a $200 Amazon Gift Card.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator or a similar impartial method.
• The winner will be notified via email within ten (10) business days after the survey closes.
• If the winner does not respond within ten (10) business days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Data Privacy

• By entering the Raffle, participants agree to allow the Organizer to process their responses for research purposes.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
