What is Cledara Spend?

Cledara Spend adds business and travel cards, receipt capture and reimbursements to your Cledara account. Your team gets cards for everyday spend, and finance manages every company expense in the same place as your software subscriptions.

How do I get Cledara Spend?

Cledara customers can activate Cledara Spend at no extra cost. If you're not a Cledara customer yet, book a demo and we'll show you Cledara and Cledara Spend working together.

What's included in my plan?

Cledara Spend is available on every plan and includes 30 business and travel cards. Each plan also includes a number of active members. See the pricing page for the current allowances.

Are virtual cards available?

Yes, for businesses in Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Where can I use Cledara Spend cards?

Cledara Spend cards are Visa cards, so you can use them anywhere Visa is accepted, in store and online.

Can employees add cards to Apple Pay and Google Wallet?

Yes. Cledara Spend cards can be added to Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Which accounting systems does Cledara Spend sync with?

Xero, QuickBooks and NetSuite. Every expense syncs with its receipt and code, ready to reconcile.

Can I manage reimbursements?
