It’s another milestone moment for Cledara. Today, we announced the completion of our $20M Series A funding round, led by CommerzVentures, with participation from Nauta Capital, Notion Capital, Carbide Ventures, and Massive.

We are humbled and beyond excited for this next stage of growth for Cledara. Humbled because of the over 800 businesses in the UK, Europe and now the US that have put their trust in us to help them become better. We work hard everyday to solve the tension growing companies have between fast growth, and the resulting chaos created by lack of processes and control. 

When we started back in 2018, we introduced an elegant way to manage the end-to-end journey of SaaS in a business, allowing teams to see, for the first time, all their SaaS in one place and reduce the administrative burden that comes with it.  And we have never looked back!

This funding will accelerate our expansion in the United States, where we launched in March and have seen tremendous growth and interest from US companies. In fact, the United States has quickly become our second-largest and fastest-growing market. 

Following this exciting news, our founder and co-founders Cristina and Brad will relocate to Denver, CO to build out Cledara’s presence in the US. 

What’s next?

We keep serving our customers and helping new companies manage their software in a new way. We plan to continue to invest in our platform, user experience and software management processes to provide even greater insight into what is now the second largest expense for companies.
